Arcdimension utilizes the most advanced 3D laser scanning technology for on-site measurements: Leica BLK2Go.
This breakthrough technology captures millions of data points at 420,000 points per second creating a precise point cloud model of the property. The point cloud is then used by our highly experienced architectural design team to ensure over 99% accuracy in floor plan measurements - a much higher accuracy rate compared to Matterport cameras.
Additionally, we don’t provide basic internal sq ft numbers as other service providers do. Our expert team complies with the requirements of the ANSI Z765 American National Standard for Single-Family Residential Buildings, taking into account finished/unfinished sq ft, above-grade/below-grade sq ft, low ceiling heights and more.
Every sq ft matters in real estate. You can be almost certain that tax records don’t provide accurate or up-to-date sq ft information, which results in loss of home value.
